Kaitlyn Gilchrist
Kaitlyn completed the Legal Assistant Diploma Program at Red Deer College in 2014 and joined our Creston office in 2019.. She provides legal assistance for corporate and commercial transactions, including business buy/sell and real estate. In her spare time Kaitlyn enjoys camping and traveling around the Kootenays.
Calista Beier
Calista started her career as a legal assistant in Creston in 1986. She has experience in all the areas of practice at Spruce Notary & Legal, and she is senior support for wills and estates. She is located in our Creston office. Calista loves to travel and is forever daydreaming about where to fly next.
Mary Kwasney
Mary began working with Russ Sheppard in 2019 in our Cranbrook office. She provides legal assistance for corporate matters and transactions, including incorporations and corporate reorganizations. When not in the office you can find Mary hiking with her family or on her paddleboard exploring.
Hope Leonard
Hope began working with our firm in 2021 out of our Creston office. She provides legal assistance for conveyancing and real estate matters.. In her downtime, Hope enjoys spending time with her young family in the great outdoors.
Alyssa Starling
Alyssa is our newest team member and works out of our Cranbrook office. She completed the Legal Assistant Program at SAIT in 2022 and has been a welcome addition to our conveyancing team. When not in the office, Alyssa can be found spending time with friends and family.
Darlene Gallinger
Darlene began working with Russ Sheppard in 2014. Darlene provides senior legal support on corporate matters and land development. When Darlene is not working, she can be found enjoying life in the East Kootenays with her husband and two children.

Debbie Campbell
Debbie started her conveyancing career 35 years ago working with Steidl Kambeitz and then Rockies Law Corporation, in Cranbrook, BC. Although she is now retired, we are fortunate to be able to tap into her wealth of real estate conveyancing knowledge, as senior support for our conveyancing team.
Shelly Marra
Shelly began her paralegal career in Creston over 35 years ago and went on to work for Steidl Kambeitz and then Rockies Law Corporation in Cranbrook. Although she is now semi-retired, we are fortunate to be able to access her abundance of knowledge of corporate transactions, as senior support for our corporate team.
Nikki Cutting
Nikki is one of our administrative assistants working primarily out of our Cranbrook office. We are grateful to have her back in our office as she brings with her an array of knowledge and experience. In her downtime, she can be found hiking and exploring with her fur baby, Bruce.
Lies Salvador
Lies is one of our administrative assistants working primarily out of our Cranbrook office. Her firendly and considerate nature make her a welcome addition to the team. When not in the office, Lies can be found hiking in the back country and spending time with her family.
Derek Hall
Derek is working primarily out of our Creston office as an administrative assistant, as well as assisting on real estate matters and conveyancing. When not in the office, he keeps busy teaching martial arts and spending time with his wife and small dog. .
